Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy prior to making an appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a pre-paid deposit for all initial appointments. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice for initial appointments will result in the loss of your deposit.
To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we won’t be able to allocate your appointment slot to clients on our waitlist, and you’ll be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

CANCELLATION FEES
- 100% fee for same day cancellations
- 100% fee for failure to attend appointment or no show.
Patients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and will incur the full cost of the consultation.
If you incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be invoiced by email and is due within 7 days, otherwise payable via phone. If we can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time, you will NOT be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees.
LATE POLICY
If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full duration of your appointment; however, full payment is required.

The Cancellation & NO SHOW Fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full, on or before their next visit.
