At MyoActive, we offer the convenience of on-the-spot claiming for most major Private Health Insurance providers via HICAPS. Simply swipe your membership card through our HICAPS terminal after your treatment, and you’ll only need to pay the remaining balance.
The key benefit of using HICAPS is that you can claim directly after your treatment, without having to wait. The only exception to this is if your insurer or the HICAPS system is offline (which is rare but possible), in which case you will need to pay the full treatment cost and submit a manual claim for your rebate or refund.
