Interested in Telehealth Consultations?
Our telehealth consultations allow you to get in touch with the highest quality injury therapists without having to attend our practice. Telehealth consultations are a Zoom, phone or webcam-based consultation that will take up to 30-45 minutes. There is no physical therapy involved in these consultations.
During a Consultation: What to Expect
In this consultation, your practitioner can take a detailed history, conduct a thorough investigation into your condition and send you a referral for any further tests required. You may then be given management advice that can include exercise, prescription and general management. You may be asked to download our rehabilitation PDF's.
Once the Consultation has finished we will coach you on how to use our strengthening and rehabilitation program to reduce the discomfort and pain you are experiencing. From there, we can assist you with a personal care plan that consists of various stretches, exercises and care for you to follow at home.
Exercises will include videos so you can do them properly. We’ll also be able to check-in on your progress via zoom.

Please note, no hands-on therapy can be provided in this consultation.
More than one consultation may be required in order to help you with your problem.
There may be private health rebates currently, although they only apply to clients who have already seen us!
