I blend academic knowledge with hands-on experience.
My journey is inspired by a diverse sports background, where I honed leadership skills in cheerleading,
achieved numerous awards in athletics, and navigated sports-related injuries.
My commitment to holistic healing and myofascial work drives my dedication to helping others on their path to recovery and optimal health.

About Me

Sport has been woven into the fabric of my life since childhood. For 12 years, I embraced the discipline of cheerleading, achieving grand champion titles, national accolades, and international bids.
I did swimming for a decade, four years of tennis, three years of basketball, and six years of athletics.
However, these pursuits brought their share of injuries, introducing me to various clinical modalities.
Intrigued by the human body's resilience, I chose a career in remedial massage therapy and myotherapy.
Beyond my professional endeavours, I find joy in Pilates, a practice that complements my understanding of physical well-being and complements my dedication to a healthy lifestyle.

MyoActive takes a hollistic approach to reducing pain and functional loss.

Our aim is to facilitate healing through the use of manual hands-on therapy, exercise prescription and movement correction to promote tissue recovery and optimise recovery, returning you to your desired activity, work or sport.

MyoActive understands that you have individual needs and we will make your treatment plan so that it is specific to you.
