Learn about Natasha Norris

Tash is a Clinical Myotherapist since 2022 who has a strong hands-on approach through massage, dry needling and joint mobilisation, but believes that long-term results need to include strength and conditioning exercises. She knows that strength work can be intimidating but loves guiding her patients through that barrier so they can build a strong, resilient body.

Career

Tash enjoys treating people of all genders and backgrounds. She is particularly familiar with building foundational strength in the general population, helping unresolved injuries, perimenopausal pain, and treating shoulder, neck and wrist pain.
She co-owns and teaches in her own pole fitness studio in Oakleigh South and loves helping her students become strong and confident, and through this, her love for myotherapy began.
